Nature scenes from various places in the US and abroad. This collection of photographs includes three galleries:

Nature Favorites: Assorted outdoor scenic pictures of forests, waterfalls, coastal and desert scenes.
Animals: Pictures of wildlife and zoo animals from various locations.
Pacific Northwest Coast: Oregon coast photos and pictures of lighthouses, bridges, bays, and harbors.

Nature Favorites

This collection includes some of my favorite color and black & white scenic photos. Among the locations of these pictures are the United States southwest, Pacific Northwest and coastal photos of the Mediterranean and Mexico. Also included are some photos of Yosemite National Park and other western mountain regions.

The Torrey pine (Pinus torreyana) is a rare pine species in California, which is a critically endangered species. They grow only in coastal San Diego and a few other nearby areas. Most mornings there is fog along the coast in the area. This photo was taken in La Jolla, California. ©2006 Bill Natkin

Pacific Northwest Coast
